ഗുരുപൗര്‍ണ്ണമി വെറുമൊരു കാവ്യമല്ല. ജീര്‍ണ്ണാവസ്ഥയില്‍നിന്ന്് വര്‍ത്തമാനസമൂഹത്തെ തട്ടിയുണര്‍ത്താനുള്ള ആഹ്വാനമാണ്. അദ്വൈതവേദാന്തത്തിന്റെ അതിലളിതവും പ്രായോഗികവുമായ ആവിഷ്‌കാരമാണ്. സര്‍വ്വോപരി ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യമാണ്.
