Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s personality can be compared to a book of gigantic proportions – a book in which still more can be written, however much has already been written. In this book thoughts and insights made by Dr. Kalam have been reproduced in his own words. It is the outcome of more than a quarter of a century’s author’s constant contact with him in various fields, including that as a translator of his autobiography, Wings of Fire. Alby had told me that the underlying theme of the book was that of “stories about goodness. You will realize the truth behind this statement when you finish reading the book. There is no doubt that this is one of the best books on Kalam.
